Yoshinoya no franchisee recruitment plan yet

As local investment withdrew secretly, Yoshinoya restaurants in Liaoning territory transfer into Hong Kong's Group's commitments again.　

Liaoning Hexing Catering Inc, a hardly known name, is assigned by Hong Kong Hong's Group to exclusively take charge of the business of Yoshinoya and other relative catering products in Liaoning province, which on the contrary, is quite popular among people.

Yoshinoya made its first present in Liaoning province dating back to the late 1990's, when wholly owned retailing enterprises running by foreigner or Hong Kong businessman was not allowed according to the policy then. Therefore, Hong Kong Hong's Group established a joint venture as an equity firm to operate Yoshinoya in the mainland. Not before long, as the national policy loosened its control to the market, foreign or Hong Kong funded companies were entitled to manage on their own till the end of last year. The local investment was drawing backing gradually and Yoshinoya (Liaoning) returned to the reign of Hong Kong Hong's Group.

Also, this is not the only case happening in Liaoning. There are some adjustments occurred to Beijing Yoshinoya restaurants. Now Beijing Hexing Yoshinoya Catering Co. Ltd. has been removed and taken place by Beijing Yoshinoya Catering Co. Ltd.

It is investigated that Liaoning Hexing Catering Co. Ltd and Beijing Yoshinoya Catering Co. Ltd are subsidiaries of Hong Kong Hong's Group, led by Hong Mingji. And Hong Kong Hong's Group inclines to run Yoshinoya by themselves in Liaoning, Beijing, etc.

At present, there are three companies running Yoshinoya in the mainland: Hong Kong Hong's Group (in charge of Beijing, Liaoning territories), a joint venture by Xin Ya Group and Japan Yoshinoya(in charge of Shanghai territory), and a Japanese company(in charge of Shenzhen territory).

One of the key strategies for success of Yoshinoya is the franchise system, with which Hong Kong Hong's Group does not agree. Even though the subsidiaries turn out to be obviously profitable, Hong Kong Hong's Group announces that he has not work out any franchisee recruitment plan yet, but much prefers to run the business alone.
